We Won! We Won! We Won!
We finally had our day in court over our new house! We Won! The judge ruled from the bench that we did not breach the contract and the other party must perform on the contract. We were awarded our attorney's fees, to be deducted from purchase price - which is super awesome. We signed the contract over two years ago and began litigation in March 2006 - so it has been a long road. Although it will take two months to finally close and get it all resolved we can be patient a little longer. The judge was great and many thanks to our attorneys. Many, many thanks to our family and friends that have been so supportive and the many prayers on our behalf. We will keep everyone posted as the details are determined. Thanks again and we are beyond happy with the ruling of the court.

Oh the joy of winning a lawsuit, boy do I know the feeling. Can't wait to see the new place and I know you will make it so cute!!
We are so happy for you guys!! I hope you stil want to be our friends when you move into your fancy neighborhood and fancy house:) Still working on the link, I'll have Dusten do it for me!

Congratulations!! What a relief! Now you can just relax and focus on our new little one without that worry hanging over your head. How are you feeling? Are you getting nervous at all?
